Chapter 4 I Don’t Want Money
A splash sounded…
When Lisa fell, Quincy got up at once and pulled her. When she regained her balance, he let go of her at once.
“I don’t want to dig into the truth to see if it was an accident or not. But I don’t want it to happen again. How much do you want? I can give you money p>
“Quincy, I don’t want money. Sorry. I made a mistake. Sorry p>
Lisa was annoyed. But she knew a man like Quincy was hard to get. If she pestered him, she would end up like Renee.
She tried to seduce him before. But she never succeeded. He didn’t let other women approach him. Otherwise, she wouldn’t have let Renee sleep with him.
But it didn’t matter who slept with him last time. The key was that she would get him.
There was a long way to go.
Besides, he would get divorced soon. Only she could cure his headache now. He even hired her as a designer at his company. So she could stay with him for a long time. It wouldn’t be so hard for her to win his heart.
She smiled and left.
Quincy didn’t even look at her and glanced at his phone in annoyance. Staring at the text from Renee, he didn’t see Lisa’s scheming face.
Renee went home to pack up.
She found a moving company and packed up all her stuff in the paper boxes that were sent to her one-room apartment later.
Quincy went home and saw the truck of the moving company drive away. With a frown, he walked into the hall and saw other people busy moving. He was annoyed. “Renee, what’s your trick p>

In his eyes, she played tricks all the time!
Renee paused and then kept packing up without looking at him. “I’ll move out after we get divorced. Anything wrong p>
Quincy still had a fragrance from the candle on him. She couldn’t help imagining what he did with Lisa in the spring. It disgusted her. She wished she could leave right now.
“Have you signed the divorce agreement p>
Renee closed her suitcase and took out the divorce agreement. “I don’t want anything from you p>
“You don’t want anything?” Quincy couldn’t believe it. He walked forward and pinched her chin to make her look at him. “You tried so hard to marry me. Didn’t you do that for money? Renee, don’t play tricks. Or you’ll be sorry p>
“If I want to play tricks, I’ve shown the reporters and your grandmother these photos to do me justice p>
She took out a stack of photos.
In the photo, he was lying in bed with a red face in messy clothes.
Quincy was furious. “How did you get these photos p>
“Mr. Patel, there is no secret in the world p>
Then Renee left with her suitcases without looking at him.
Staring at her back, Quincy felt so annoyed. He called his assistant. “Didn’t you say you got all the photos? Why did Renee have photos of me? Figure it out p>
The next morning at the courthouse.
Renee arrived 10 minutes earlier. At 9 a.m., a black Bentley pulled off across the street.
They arrived at the VIP room for a secret divorce.
Quincy was as cold as before. “Are you sure you want nothing from me? Your younger brother is in huge debt. He might be put in jail if he can’t pay off the debts p>
“It’s his own business. It’s not about you.” She raised her head and saw his annoyed eyes. Renee smiled, “Since you care about my family a lot, how about we leave now p>
Quincy’s face darkened.
After all, Renee had been married to him for two years. Even though they would part ways, he wouldn’t mind giving her some money to make sure she had a good life.
But she was so ungrateful!
Quincy lost his patience and said in a colder tone, “Renee, don’t play hard to get again. It doesn’t work p>
Renee was annoyed. He thought she was playing hard to get and still cared about him!
But she had to admit that she felt a bit sad as she felt the pain in her heart.
Soon, they got the divorce certificates.
Renee took a deep breath and looked around.
Two days ago, she came here happily.
Now, everything was different.
As soon as they walked out of the courthouse, Renee felt like throwing up. Afraid that Quincy would notice it, she hurriedly hailed a taxi and left.
Looking at her back, Morris Dylan, his assistant, was puzzled. “Mr. Patel, didn’t you say you wouldn’t get divorced after it was settled in order not to get your grandmother mad p>
“Since she’s enjoying the game, I’ll let her have fun.” Looking in the direction of Renee’s taxi, Quincy was mad.
He believed she was playing hard to get.
He would like to play the game with her!
After getting into the car, she felt relieved. She looked better. So she asked the taxi driver to send her to the headquarters of the Quinjoy Group.
The spring resort project was finished. She could resign now.
She wanted to cut Quincy off. And she was worried that he might find out about her pregnancy.
After arriving at the company, she went to the Human Resources Department. But she was told to go to the president’s office. She had to do so.
Yet, she didn’t expect to see an uninvited visitor.

She entered expressionlessly.
Lisa seemed easygoing. “Hi, Renee. It’s me. Do you remember me p>
She sized Lisa up. “No p>
“I’m Lisa Conway. We went to the same primary school p>
“It’s you! We haven’t met for a long time. Can your dad recognize you after your plastic surgery p>
Renee suddenly remembered that they used to be good friends in primary school.
But they parted ways after learning medicine.
At that time, their medical teacher praised Renee for her talent in medicine and planned to teach her a set of medical skills, which made Lisa very jealous.
Lisa slandered Renee, saying that she treated patients for money without permission. Their teacher forbade them to make money before finishing their studies.
So she was scolded by her teacher and signed an agreement that she wouldn’t make money on medicine.
She saw through Lisa’s true colors.
Renee didn’t expect to meet her again…
“Renee, long time no see. We were friends. You don’t have to be so mad p>
“I don’t like mistresses. Drop the act. You sent me these photos, didn’t you? I just divorced Quincy, and you came to show off p>
She was still pretending!
Lisa finally lost her composure. She said stubbornly, “Renee, didn’t you use tricks to marry into the Patel family p>
“Lisa, you’ve always played pitiful to snatch things from others. I got divorced. But Quincy is my leftover. You are always a mistress p>
Her words irrigated Lisa, who raised her hand to slap her.
She grabbed Lisa’s hand and sneered, “Not every mistress can be the hostess. As long as I tell his grandmother about your affair, you’ll be in trouble p>

Quincy’s cold voice came from behind. It made the atmosphere cold.
